Hi, my name is Donal Cahalane (bet you already guessed that) and thanks for taking the time to visit here.  For over twelve years now I’ve been obsessed with change, specifically change for the better. I’m a new ideas junkie and most definitely what modern “marketing speak” would define as an early adopter.

On a serious(ish) note, I’m especially fanatical about three main areas of business;

(1).  The Big Ideas

Most people would call this “Innovation”, I usually refer to it as “the Big Picture”. I work with people to find the next big idea for their business and help them take full advantage of the many, many change that the internet has brought to modern business.

(2). Business Modelling

How businesses are structured and set-up, how they run, how A gets to B, how A is manufactured as cheaply as possible,  how it gets sold and the systems in place to manage the whole business, effectively and efficiently.

(3). Company Culture

My favourite area to work in and the one where it’s had the greatest effect on my clients businesses; how a company treats its employees, how it can make small changes to make them feel like part of the business and the huge monetary and social benefits this can have for the company.
